Quest Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Mine Site Machinery Cleaner / Cab Detailer to join our client at Whitehaven Mine, Gunnedah.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and takes pride in keeping heavy machinery clean, safe and operator-ready. With consistent weekly hours available, this is a strong opportunity to secure ongoing site work.

 
About the Role
You will be responsible for cleaning, detailing and sanitising the cabs of large mining machinery across site. Working in a fast-paced mining environment, you will ensure equipment is presented to a high standard and ready for operators each shift.

This role involves physical work and outdoor conditions, so reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

 
What You’ll Be Doing
Cleaning and detailing heavy machinery cabs
Removing dust, dirt and debris from operator areas
Maintaining high safety and hygiene standards
Working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
Supporting site operations with consistent attendance
Following site safety procedures at all times
 
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in industrial, machinery or mine-site cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Ability to work early mornings and extended hours when required
Current Police Check (essential)
Own reliable transport
Strong reliability and attendance record
